I feel you get more than just a broker with William.  He was able to make us feel comfortable the entire way through and believe it or not, talked us out of what was going to be a bad deal.  That shows he cares about us as people and not just dollar signs.  Really couldn't ask for a better guy in your corner.

William Rowe was the consummate professional.  His knowledge of all matters pertaining to the process was excellent, and if anything arose that required someone else (such as a lawyer), the person he recommended was also very professional and an expert in their field.  But, for me, his most important attribute was his patience.  I had very little experience and even less knowledge of the entire process and Bill was always available to answer questions and keep me calm.  Even when I asked the same question 3 different times, he took the time to go over everything until he felt I was comfortable.  I would recommend William Rowe without hesitation.  Anyone would be lucky to have the experience I had when purchasing a property.
